 DOSEMU 0.6 and kbd
I have install the new version of DOSEMU 0.60 on my Linux box (DX266 + SCSSI),
but I have some pble with it. The compilation and installation work fine,
and i can run dosemu on a VC. But when I try to run some MSDOS program
as edit, I can use it and edit some text, but when I quit the
program, the keyboard doesn't works anymore (i.e no echo ???)
and I have to switch to another VC to kill dosemu.
Has anybody have encounter the same problem ?
Any help will be appreciated.

Add rawkeyboard on to your keyboard {} line in /etc/dosemu.conf.

Yes, the same thing happened to me.  And I posted a query into this
in various linux groups, but to know avail.  I decided the dosemu
wasn't worth the effort and have kept a seperate partition with my
dos and windows stuff as a solution.  But on to your question, I
found that it locked up, not only with dos edit, but with other txt
editors as well.  Perhaps it is just a bug, and being that I am not
a programmer, I'll wait until there is a patch or something.

It sure is easier to say "it must be a bug I'll wait for a patch" than to
admit you couldn't get it working right.  I've run Rise of the Triad, Heretic,
all my dos apps (except OLX which is a memory hog in dos) and it runs just as
fast as dos on most of the programs, a lot faster on some.

Umm, Heretic / Descent and all that stuff as fast as in dos? I get pretty
noticable performace losses...
