How to increase ulimit for users (BSD 4.4)?
I am sure this is a rookie question, but I couldn't find the answer in the
FAQ, so here it goes:

I want to increase the memory limit for my users (only for specific users, if
possible) in a BSD 4.4 box. Do I have to rebuild the kernel or is there any
way to set the ulimit permanently?
