This must be in the FAQ, but I'll answer anyway.
First thing to to note is that NO program will be able to do this
correctly 100% of the time. At best, around 85% of the text will
be extracted correctly, the rest will look like someone screwed
up the spacing.

Having said that, I think there's a thing out there called "ps2a".
Archie might help find it.
