questiion for memory upgrade for RS6000 43P Model 150
Hi,

I'd like to upgrade the memory of RS/6000 ( 43P model 150 or 7043-150)
Can I use the memory from other model (e.g.  43P model 140, or 7043-140)?
Does anybody have similar experience?

Thanks!

Steven

Check the IBM Part #s of the modules used for both machines,
or the offers of different memory vendors on the web. (eg. kingston.com)
If they sell the same modules for both machines,
there should be no problem.
As the machine types are quite the same, I would just give it a try,
if you dont have to purchase the -140 Modules first.
