 tcsh key bindings

when switching from a csh to the PowerTools tcsh, I lose usefulness of
the arrow, PAGEUP, PAGEDWN, HOME, and END keys - i'm probably missing
some sort of initial key binding command or file - anyone know about
this?

It is supposed to do that automatically if you have proper entries in your
termcap/terminfo file for arrow keys. Which tcsh is this ? Latest is
6.07.02.
