 Broken Pipe
Hi:

I'm getting an unexpected "Broken Pipe" error from a script running on
Solaris 7.
In the following script, I occasionally get the "Broken Pipe" error on
the line
which calls atping, a binary executable which writes nothing to stdout
or stderr.

The Broken Pipe happens only periodically, and probably has something to
do with atping.  I'm wondering if anyone has experiences with causes for
Broken Pipe other than those associated with the shell | operator.

Thanks.
