 pr statement
Hi,

The column in file3 is not aligned vertically to get
better readability.

  pr -ms -t file1 file2 > file3

Any suggestions please? thanks.

In article <3A397BB0.4544C...@jcu.edu.au>,

Don't use the -s option.  That tells pr to use a single TAB character to
separate the columns, so the column from file2 will be placed at the
nearest tab stop rather than always at the same column.

Well, this is not working, it is more unreadable without -s than
with s.
