Changing Unix Passwd with Korn Shell Script??
Hello

I am trying to write a Korn Shell script to change the Unix ID password on
AIX. The object is to run this on a weekly basis. Has anybody done this and
can provide some sample code. Thanks in advance.

Changing Unix Passwd with Korn Shell Script??
Hi!
There is no easy way with ksh to accomplish this task.
We use a small C program that allows as to do change
a user password on the commandline with

mypasswd username password

Another trick we used before was having an encrypted
password ready and using sed to change some items
in /etc/security/passwd to that value.

If I can be of further assistance please contact me
via email.
