Bind the key to a shell script consisting of the commands you want
executed?

 binding function keys in tcsh

Well, I tried the following in tcsh 6.06:

        % bindkey -c ^t "echo abc;echo def"

When I type control-t, the result is

abc
def

I also tried:

        % bindkey -c ^t "ls;who"

and then ^t results in an ls listing followed by a who listing.
This doesn't seem consistent with your experience, but maybe I'm not
following what you're trying.  When you mention putting the sequence
as one line and terminating each command by "\n", what do you mean?
Why is the "\n" necessary?  Maybe you could post some examples of
what you've tried.
