 HTP 372 RAID
I am trying to setup RAID on my Abit KR7A mainboard with the Highpoint HPT372
RAID controller. To get this working I installed kernel 2.4.19-pre10, but I
still get dma-errors when I try to run mkfs on the partition:

Jun  7 17:24:13 maskin kernel: hde: dma_intr: status=0xff { Busy }
Jun  7 17:24:13 maskin kernel: hde: DMA disabled
Jun  7 17:24:13 maskin kernel: hdf: DMA disabled
Jun  7 17:24:48 maskin kernel: ide2: reset timed-out, status=0xff
Jun  7 17:24:48 maskin kernel: hdf: status timeout: status=0xff { Busy }
Jun  7 17:24:48 maskin kernel: hdf: drive not ready for command
Jun  7 17:25:23 maskin kernel: ide2: reset timed-out, status=0xff
Jun  7 17:25:23 maskin kernel: hde: status timeout: status=0xff { Busy }
Jun  7 17:25:23 maskin kernel: hde: drive not ready for command
Jun  7 17:25:33 maskin ntpd[1082]: kernel time discipline status change 41
Jun  7 17:25:58 maskin kernel: ide2: reset timed-out, status=0xff
Jun  7 17:25:58 maskin kernel: hdf: status timeout: status=0xff { Busy }
Jun  7 17:25:58 maskin kernel: hdf: drive not ready for command
Jun  7 17:26:28 maskin kernel: 5844675
Jun  7 17:26:28 maskin kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 21:00 (hde), sector 155844677

I though that the HPT372 was supported in 2.4.19-pre10 ? Am I wrong ? If
so, which kernel should I install ?
