Getting "fping" to work on Linux
Has anyone gotten fping to work under Linux? The network stuff seems
broken, the 'struct icmp' just isn't defined in the header files.
This package compiles on every other UNIX variant I've tried.

I'm about to try compiling using a borrowed header file, just to see
if that's all the problem is.
