 accessing a global variable
Hi,

Is it possible to have a global variable in the kernel (eg: in
net/ipv4/tcp_output.c, a variable named dummy), which can be accessed
and modified through an application layer 'c' program?

How can I go about doing it?

Thanks,
citl

Better to create an IOCTL to get/set the desired parameter.  Check the web,
textbooks, and the kernel source for example code to add an IOCTL.
