What is the proper "append" line for a Rev. B iMac?
Hi!

When I run YDL XFree in anything but the "No Video Driver" mode, there are
numerous artifacts left on the screen by things like the zoom rectangles when a
window is iconified and dragging and selecting text and etc.  I wonder is the
usual "atyfb" driver in the mode line the correct on for this machine?  Or, can
somebody give me some enlightenment as to the cause and cure for these
artifacts?

Thanks for listening!

Low tech solution: video=ofonly instead of video=atyfb. Plus check that
you have a Mach64 not a Rage128 video adapter (the Rage128 would need
video=aty128fb). Last, for the atyfb case experiment with the mclk and
pll parameters (see the NG archives for examples).
