 localhost /dev/sdb5 full

i get mail ever time i boot saying, "localhost /dev/sdb5 is full 90..."

sdb5 is my /usr partition, how can it be full when it has 800MB and all what
is on it is what i installed from the redhat installer ?

well, better do a 'df' then to find out if the message is true or not.
If it is treu, you don't need to worry, just be aware of the fact that
you might come into problems when compiling a kernel or installing
stuff. Do worry when the root partition, or the log partition are
getting full btw. Bad things happen when apps can't log any more, or
access the /tmp.
