I have managed to compile tk with the security turned off, and have put

package require BLT

at the start of my code.

I am STILL getting xauth problems, permission denied etc...

I have tried deleting my .Xauthority file, but LinuxPPC keeps on putting it
back! Damn it!

I welcome any suggestions, no matter how stupid or obvious. Has anybody ever
got it to work?

Any ideas..
