 SMTP-proxy
Ok.

I need some proxies to put them over ipchains ...

HTTP-proxy - no problem.
FTP-proxy - got one.

But SMTP ????

Does s.th. like this exist on Linux and is for free ?

Are there other methods for protection on application-level ?

Any expiriences ???

greets

 SMTP-proxy

There are several solutions from simple store-and-forward
to full-featured MTA (e.g. you can install a simple configuration of
postfix in a chroot env. See http://www.postfix.org/).

Ciao, Michael.
