 CPU14 Ecache Writeback Data Parity Error

Almost no information about the panic, I assume because your kernel
level patch is too low.
Upgrade to the latest KUP, that will give better protection from this
sort of panic.
If this is the first time you had this type of panic I wouldn't worry,
the probability of it happening again with an up-to-date level of Kernel
Patch is very low. If it has happened before on this same CPU then a
replacement of the CPU may be in order --> in that case call SUN.

<snip>

<snip>

The CPUs for the E3500/4500/5500/6500/E10000 were prone to ecache
issues, which Sun said were the result of cosmic rays striking the cache
modules and causing a bit flip.  A visit to sunsolve.sun.com will shed
more light on it for you ...

If the problem persists, get SunService out there to swap the offending
CPU for you.

Upgrade the kernel level first though (you did not say what level you
are on but the lack of information points in the direction of it being
very low), because :
1) it WILL help to avoid the problem
2) it will give far more information about the error IF it reoccurs
3) it is a good thing to do in any case.

Benny
