 usb assertion failure
Under what circumstances would one expect the assertion at line 392 of
common/io/usb/usba/hcdi.c to fail in Solaris 2.8?

I get that assertion failure when attempting to read from a device. The
open succeeds. The usb device (a mouse) is on the other side of a couple of
PCI-PCI bridges.
