 /usr/dt/bin/dtksh and /usr/bin/ksh

If /usr/dt/bin/dtksh is ksh93, then
why doesn't SUN replace /usr/bin/ksh with /usr/dt/bin/dtksh?

If I want to use ksh93 feature, should I use
#!/usr/dt/bin/dtksh? It looks wierd.

Thanks.
