I downloaded but not able to install orca though both se tool and rrdtool
had installed successfully.

Got the following when make command issued:

pod2man is the perl "Plain Old Documentation" to man page converter, getting
the perl package from sunfreeware.com (installs in /usr/local) and
putting /usr/local/bin in your path will resolve that dependency.
