 how to start kde automatically when x starts?
salutations,

 anyone know how to start kde after u issue the "startx" command...can't
find the .xinitrc file either...appreciate any suggestions...

Copy it from /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc or /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc.
