can somebody send me some sample ipfw rules:

a fbsd box with 3 nics, 1st NIC is connected to the internet
and has static ip, yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy,  the 2nd NIC is a private lan
which is
masqueraded or using natd with ipaddress(192.168.0.1) and the 3rd NIC
is a DMZ which has ipaddress 192.168.2.1 and is connected to a
webserver, mail server and a DNS server.

pls help.
