 acpi temperature error stopping install.
  i can't get to the install, after doing some acpi stuff it mounts
root from ufs:/dev/md0 then i get this message
acpi_tz0: WARNING - current temperature ( 68.0C ) exceeds system limits
and i KNOW its not that hot, even from a cold boot after the machine has
been off for awile it does this and just sits there..

if i need to change something in the bios i can't its a compaq armada
7800 laptop and i can't get into the bios.

With FreeBSD5: You can maybe set some kernel parameter during boot.
I never tried disabling acpi..

I've seen the same problem with the compaq armada m300 and 5.0.  It looks as
if 5.0 can't support the compaq laptops.
