How do i get WGET to start again after disconnect?

i start it with:

   wget http://www.**-**.com/

and then after a while it stops and it might have downloaded aroung
200mb
and the i would like to be able to continue again. But when i write

   wget http://www.**-**.com/

it starts all over again.

please help me, its urgent. I have only 30 days to download about 40
homepages.
