 VFAT floppy for fstab
Or put more than one entry in your fstab for the same device.  For example, I use both dos
and ext2 zips: 'mount /zd1' for dos, 'mount /z1' for linux.

   /dev/sdb4   /zd1    vfat    defaults,rw,user,noauto,suid    0 0
   /dev/sdb1   /z1     ext2    defaults,rw,user,noauto,suid    0 0
