pthreads compilation/linking error for glibc /w linuxthreads
I'm trying to build linux from scratch following the linuxdoc guide
( http://www.**-**.com/ ), and I get the following error
while running 'make' to compile glibc-2.1.95 /w linuxthreads:

/mnt/lfs/usr/src/glibc-build/ undefined reference to
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [/mnt/lfs/usr/src/glibc-build/iconv/iconv_prog] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/mnt/lfs/usr/src/glibc-2.1.95/iconv'
make[1]: *** [iconv/others] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/mnt/lfs/usr/src/glibc-2.1.95'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I'm running Linux-Mandrake 7.2 on a PII, and am compiling with pgcc-1.1a-1
and glibc-2.1.3-16...  Any ideas?
