X window displays two screens side by side!
I installed RH5.1 but had problem with X Windows. It displayed two
windows side by side on the screen, no matter what Modeline
I used (automatically generated or the one I wrote my self).
I am using the latest X severs (both SVGA and S3V) from the
xfree86 ftp site.
The video card is a SG200A S3 Virge/GX2. Monitor is a Plug and
Play monitor.
I included information from X -probeonly.
Any hint is appreciated.
Please copy a message to c...@boystown.org as my news sever
may not get all messages.
