 How to read line by line in csh
How the hell do you do this in csh:

   #!/bin/sh
   cat file | while read x
   do echo $x; done

I have just spent almost a 1/2 hour trying to figure it out and I am
totaly at a loss.  Please help...

Well, after exausting all my ideas, i can only say... you don't.
Csh scripts are only good for a couple of things. Not really worth the
trouble.
